HHCDA’s Maintenance Division provides for all immediate maintenance and repair needs of HHCDA Low Rent units, Indian HOME rentals, Title VI rentals, and other newly developed rental units.  Maintenance includes meeting the day-to-day needs of tenants and the total cleaning and repair of units when they become vacant and also the community building facilities.

The Maintenance crew’s are structured to flexibly address the maintenance needs of the Agency’s rental units and property in the division’s 3 areas, which encompass HHCDA’s 7 communities. The areas are: Black River Falls, La Crosse/Tomah/Nekoosa, and Wisconsin Dells. The 3 areas are headed by Lead Maintenance Workers, each of which supervises a crew of up to 5 workers. The goal of the Maintenance crews is to perform in-house as much maintenance, repair, and construction work as possible.
