There are three (3) District 1 Legislators that represent Douglas, Bayfield, Ashland, Iron, Vilas, Oneida, Forest, Florence Mrinette, Octonto, Menominee, Langlade, Lincoln, Taylor, Clark, Jackson, Trempealeau, Buffalo, Eau Claire, Chippewa, Dunn, Buffalo, Pierece, St. Croix, Polk, Baron, Rusk, Sawyer, Washburn, and  Burnett counties.
