Mission Statement

 The Ho-Chunk Nation Department of Labor shall provide employment services to enhance Tribal member’s job skills to assist them to become self-sufficient and provide workplace safety programs. In doing so, the Department shall safeguard the interests of the Nation, enhance the sovereignty of the Nation, and exercise stewardship over the resources committed to it by the Nation and foreign jurisdiction.
