Attorney Homer left the Trial Court to work for California Indian Legal Services, at their office located in Eureka, California.  Upon her return, she joined the Ho-Chunk Nation Department of Justice as a tribal attorney.

After leaving the Ho-Chunk Nation Trial Court, Ms. Tilden accepted a position as a Contracts Specialist with the United States Army Corps of Engineers in Winchester, Virginia.

Judge Rockman now serves as the Associate Trial Court Judge of the Ho-Chunk Nation Trial Court.

Jocelyn K. Fabry (née Roy), Staff Attorney (August 2004 - October 2005)
After leaving the Ho-Chunk Nation Trial Court, Attorney Fabry accepted a position as Associate General Counsel for the Saginaw Chippewa Nation in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Following this, she was employed by the Sault St. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians as a prosecutor.  Today, she is a partner at Bias & Fabry, PLLC, located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.

Rose M. Weckenmann, Staff Attorney (June 30, 2003 - October 2004)
After leaving the Ho-Chunk Nation Trial Court, Ms. Weckenmann accepted a position with the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa. After leaving the Chippewa, Weckenmann worked as the Deputy Director of the Office of Tribal Justice in the Department of Justice. Attorney Weckenmann is now employed as an associate at the firm of Fredericks & Peebles in Sacramento, California.

Rebecca Chapman (née Tavares), Staff Attorney (July 1, 2002 - June 27, 2003)
Following her time with the Ho-Chunk Trial Court, Attorney Chapman has worked as Deputy Solicitor General for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe in Minnesota. Attorney Chapman now works for the Office of General Counsel for the National Indian Gaming Commission in Washington, D.C. She also serves as Secretary of the Minnesota American Indian Bar Association (MAIBA).

Anetra D. Parks, Staff Attorney (August 2001 - June 28, 2002)
Attorney Parks left the HCN Trial Court to accept a position as an Associate at the law firm of Greene, Meyer & McElroy. On November 1,  2006, Ms. Parks was named the new Director of Law Career Services at the University of Wyoming College of Law.

Attorney Kruger joined the Ritger Law Office in Random Lake, Wisconsin following her appointment with the Ho-Chunk Nation Trial Court.

David M. Neubeck, Staff Attorney (July 1, 1999 - July 1, 2000)
Attorney Neubeck is now with the Office of the Reservation Attorney for the Lummi Nation, Bellingham, Washington.

Michael D. Oeser, Staff Attorney (1998-July 1, 1999)
After his clerkship, Mr. Oeser worked as an Assistant Attorney General with the Wisconsin Department of Justice. Mr. Oeser began teaching as an adjunct legal writing professor at the University of Houston Law Center in 2006. He accepted a full-time legal writing position at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in the Fall of 2007. He is the 2008-09 Hastie Fellow at the University of Wisconsin School of Law, in the LL.M program.

Ray Torgerson is a partner in the litigation section of Porter & Hedges, LLP in Houston, Texas. Mr. Torgerson also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Native American Law at the University of Houston Law Center since 2002. Attorney Torgerson also serves as the Chair of the American Indian Section of the State Bar of Texas.
